Welcome to Mission: Delicious, where sweet operations are always undercover and made-to-order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below:


1. Operation Fresh & Final

All items are baked fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is an issue with the item (see Section 5).


2. Pickup & Shipping Intel

We currently offer:

  • Local Pickup (based on availability)

  • Shipping within the U.S. only (no international missions—yet!)

Once a package leaves HQ, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused in transit. Tracking numbers will be provided when your mission is deployed.

NOTE: We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. For issues, please contact the shipping provider directly.


3. Food Allergy Disclaimer

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as:

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Peanuts

  • Tree Nuts

  • Wheat

  • Soy

If you have food allergies, please contact us before ordering. We do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.


4. Photos & Promotion

We love capturing the mission in action. By ordering, you grant us permission to photograph and share your order on our website, social media, or promotional materials. Prefer we don’t? Just let us know ahead of time.


5. Problem with Your Order?

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or partial refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your mission.

In some cases, we may accept custom payment methods such as Zelle or Cash App for local orders or special requests. Please contact HQ prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Orders are only processed once payment is received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your mission.


7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, harassment, or non-compliance with our terms.
